Description: Kyle Mark Uhlman sued Dillon Michael Posey on an auto negligence theory claiming to have been injured and damaged as a direct result of a car wreck caused by Posey that occurred in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

The accident in question occurred on Souther Memorial Avenue on April 9, 2008. Plaintiff claimed to have incurred medical and hospital expenses of $7,401.92 and lost wages of $308.40.

Defendant admitted liability but denied causation and the nature and extent of the injuries claimed by Plaintiff. Defendant also denied the reasonableness and necessity of medical treatment.
