Description: Susan E Stroman, individually and as Parent and Next Friend of ANDREW ERIC WILKINSON, a minor, Darel Stroman, Norma Stroman, sued Don Keith Sikes on an auto negligence theory claiming that they were injured in a car wreck that they cliamed was casued by Mr. Sikes.

On March 13, 2005, there was a collision in Cleveland County, Oklahoma involving a vehicle driven by Susan Stroman in which Plaintiffs Andrew Wilkinson, Darel Stroman and Norman Stroman were traveling as passengers and a 4 x 8 trailer with a riding lawnmover which was being pulled by a vehicle being driven by Defendant. The trailer became detached from the vehicle being driven by Defendant, cross the center line and collided with the vehicle being driven by Plaintiff.

Outcome: Plaintiffs' verdict totaling approximately $21,000.00.
