Dallas, TX - The United States of America charged Amy Faye Moore, age 40, with conspiracy to distribute drugs.

Moore obtained heroin from a supply in Dallas, Texas and transported it back to the Wichita Falls, Texas. Moore admits to selling heroin to customers located in the Wichita Falls area. This case was investigated by the Texas Department of Public Safety and DEA and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Boudreau.

Outcome: Defendant was sentenced to 37 months in federal prison for conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to distribute
