Description: Lincoln, Nebraska criminal lawyer represented Defendant charged with distributing cocaine and fentanyl resulting in serious bodily injury.

On August 4, 2021, Andante Mower, age 38, from Lincoln, distributed a substance believed to be cocaine to two individuals in a store parking lot in Lincoln. Those two individuals then went to Nebraska City and used that substance. Shortly thereafter, those individuals became unresponsive. Emergency personnel arrived on scene and administered medical treatment, including Narcan, to reverse the effects of the overdose. The two individuals were hospitalized and survived. Law enforcement seized the remainder of the substance sold by Mower at the scene of the overdose. A lab determined that the substance contained cocaine and fentanyl.

This case was investigated by the Nebraska State Patrol.
