Jose Donaldo Vasquez-Santelis, 33, a citizen of Honduras, was sentenced January 16, 2018 in United States District Court in Benton to a term of five months in prison for being illegally present in the United States after having previously been removed by immigration officials. Vasquez-Santelis was charged by a Federal Grand Jury on September 6, 2017, with being an illegal alien unlawfully present in the United States and pled guilty to that offense on October 26.
