("Royal Cup"), filed a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 (a)(l) (A)(ii) as to Royal Cup. (ECF No. 46 .) On December 6, 2021, Crummett and the other defendant, Bunn-O-Matic Corp. ("Bunn-O-Matic"), filed a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 (a)(1) (A)(ii) as to Bunn-O-Matic. (ECF No. 48 .)
