On December 6, 2021, Crummett and the other defendant, Bunn-O-Matic Corp. ("Bunn-O-Matic"), filed a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 (a)(1) (A)(ii) as to Bunn-O-Matic. (ECF No. 48 .)
