Phoenix, AZ - Shavonne Aguilar sued Outback Steakhouse of Florida LLC, T-Bird Southwest Restaurant Group LLC, d/b/a Outback Steakhouse (#324), and Bloomin Brands Incorporated on a personal injury negligence theory.

This case was filed in the Superior Court, Maricopa County, Case No.: CV2018-097366, and was removed to federal court by the Defendants.
