Las Vegas, NV - Eloise Herron sued the United States of America on a Federal Tort Claims Act personal injury car wreck negligence theory claiming to have been injured and/or damaged in a car wreck caused by Mister Jonathan Jackson, III.

Plaintiff also sued Budget Rent A Car System, Inc. and James Smith on an auto negligence theory.

This case was filed in the 8th Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada, A-17-759559-C, and was removed to federal court by the Government.

Outcome: 10/07/2019 15 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Gloria M. Navarro on 10/7/2019.

On April 24, 2019, the Court filed a Notice to Plaintiff Eloise Herron, (ECF No. 23), which stated that if no action were taken in this case by May 29, 2019, that the Court would enter an order of Dismissal for want of prosecution under LR 41-1. The deadline to do so has now passed. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed without prejudice.
