AS TO COUNT 2: "We, the jury, find the defendant, Jordan Fricke, GUILTY of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, in the manner and form as charged as charged in Count 2 of the Information. Did the defendant commit the offense of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety while using a dangerous weapon? YES." AS TO COUNT 3: "We, the jury, find the defendant, Jordan Fricke, GUILTY of Keeping a Place for Keeping/Delivering Controlled Substances, in the manner and form as charged in Count 3 of the Information." AS TO COUNT 4: "We, the jury, find the defendant, Jordan Fricke, GUILTY of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, in the manner and form as charged as charged in Count 4 of the Information. Did the defendant commit the offense of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety while using a dangerous weapon? YES." Court polled and discharged the jury. Verdict received and filed.
