Description: Peoria, Illinois sexual exploitation charge criminal defense lawyer represented Defendant, Rachel Miller, 29, who lived in the 1400 block of Summit Dr., Peoria, Illinois, who was charged with sexual exploitation of a child.

Miller pleaded guilty to using a cell phone, in March 2019, to capture a video of herself engaging in sexual activity with a prepubescent male. This video was later distributed to the internet.

The charges are the result of an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations and the Washington, Ill., Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Paul B. Morris represents the government in the prosecutions.
