Description: Abingdon, Virginia possession of explosives charge criminal defense lawyer represented Defendant, Thomas Blake Hill, 21, who was charged with two counts of possessing and selling explosive materials that had been shipped in interstate or foreign commerce.

Defendant, from Castlewood, Virginia man, illegally possessed military grade explosives. Hill, a convicted felon, attempted to trade military grade C-4 explosives M-60 ignitors for methamphetamine.
