05/02/2019 50 ORDERED and DECREED that the compromise settlement described above be approved; that Defendants shall pay to Bruce Levine, Esquire the sum of One Thousand and No/Dollars ($1,000.00), for services rendered as Guardian adlitem, it is FURTHER ORDERED that the settlement amount shall be distributed as provided for herein; and it is ORDERED that DAVID FRAME, BDR INTERNATIONAL, LTD, AIG INSURANCE COMPANY OF CANADA, and their heirs, representatives, agents, servants, employees, assigns, officers, attorneys, members, insurers, directors and any and all affiliated companies, are hereby RELEASED from any liability and responsibility arising out of any and all lawsuit, claims, demands, losses, injuries, wrongful death, damages, actions, subrogation, indemnification, causes of action and/or suits in law or equity, of whatever kind or nature, including but not limited to liens and/or costs incurred by Plaintiff as a result of the subject accident, and the above approved settlement having been paid as hereinabove approved and directed by or on behalf of the Defendants, it is accordingly ORDERED that this compromise settlement be and the same is satisfied in full, and that DAVID FRAME, BDR INTERNATIONAL, LTD, AIG INSURANCE COMPANY OF CANADA, and their heirs, representatives, agents, servants, employees, assigns, officers, attorneys, insurers, directors, members and any and all affiliated companies now stand discharged of any further liability or responsibility to Plaintiff and/or the statutory beneficiaries, on account of the injuries, liens, bills, costs, wrongful death and/or otherwise arising out of the subject accident. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff, by and through his counsel, will satisfy any and all existing bills, costs and/or liens from the proceeds of this settlement. To that extent that any such bill, cost and/or lien is not fully satisfied, and if a claim is made against Defendants, their agents, servants, employees, assigns, officers, attorneys, insurers, directors, members and any and all affiliated companies, Plaintiff, and their counsel, will indemnify, defend and hold Defendants, and their counsel, harmless against any such claim. It being further agreed and understood that this minor and wrongful death settlement is the compromise of a doubtful and disputed claim, and that the payment made herein is not to be construed as an admission of liability on the part of the persons, firms and corporations hereby released, by whom liability is expressly denied.
