Jackson, MS - Ylonda Woulard sued Curtis Harris, Jr. and Greenwood Motor Lines, Inc. d/b/a R+L Carriers on personal injury, auto negligence and respondeat superior theories.

This case was filed by the Plaintiff in the Circuit Court, Jackson County, Mississippi, case no. 17-00000,137(1), and was removed to federal court by the Defendants.

R + L's tractor trailer hit the rear of Ms. Woulard's while she was driving on the Interstate causing multiple back injuries.
