Description: Boston, Massachusetts criminal law lawyer represented Defendant charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

In the early morning of March 4, 2017, Anton Rise, age 40, was arrested with a firearm loaded with 15 rounds of ammunition tucked in his waistband shortly after he left a nightclub in Boston.

Due to prior felony convictions, Rise is prohibited from possessing firearms and ammunition.

United States Attorney Rachael S. Rollins; James Ferguson, Special Agent in Charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives, Boston Field Division; and Boston Police Commissioner Michael Cox made the announcement.
