The Commonwealth of Virginia charged Ormrode Brown, age 47, with first-degree murder for stabbing 26-year-old Mackenzie Gray. He was also charged with abduction and attempted first-degree murder. Gray's death was the result of a melee involving several people outside a 7-Eleven convenience store in Harrisonburg, Virginia on February 5, 2017.

Gray was stabbed several times.
