Cuero, TX - Lloyd Kulik sued Rodney Simmons and Stallion Production Services on a personal injury, auto negligence and respondeat superior theories claiming to have been seriously injured in a car truck wreck caused by Stallion's employee's failure to yield. Plaintiff was paralyzed after the tractor-trailer turned into his vehicle.

Co-plaintiff Atreyu Muniz also sued Stallion for the injuries and damages he claimed he sustained in the same accident.

Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $4.4 million with a finding that he was partially at fault resulting in a new award of $1.8 million.
