Description: Larned, KS - Jury Finds Man Guilty of Kidnapping and Child Endangerment

The State of Oklahoma charged Zachary Hutchens, age 20, with kidnapping and child endangerment for forcing the 17-year-old woman, with whom he had a troubled relationship that had ended, into his car and prevented from getting out of the vehicle by hitting her and pulling her hair. The woman signaled a motorist that she need help and the motorist called 911. The vehicle being driven by the Defendant was eventually stopped by a police officer in Ellinwood, Kansas.

Outcome: Defendant was found guilty.
