The complaint generally sought to invalidate the Will on the basis that it did not contain appropriate language to make it a valid Will. The complaint further asserted that Ms. Bowman concealed Mr. Knott's death from, and was rude and insulting to, Mr. Knott's family. The complaint sought "25% of the whole Estate of Tommy Knott that is at least $2 million dollars or more[.]"

Outcome: Summary judgment in favor of the Defendant.
