He also litigates unfair labor practices before the National Labor Relations Board and the Michigan Employment Relations Commission. He has also represented clients with claims before other governmental agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Michigan Civil Rights Commission, the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth, and the U.S. Department of Labor. Robert has also successfully arbitrated many cases.
