Megan Moore is a commercial litigator with experience representing clients in both state and federal court. She has successfully represented clients in the manufacturing, mortgage, medical, consulting, energy, real estate, financial, pharmaceutical, and technology industries, among others. Ms. Moore has acted as a key member of numerous trial teams, including in cases of whistleblower retaliation, breach of contract, employment discrimination, personal injury, and qui tam actions. Additionally, Ms. Moore has experience drafting appellate briefs in both state and federal court.

Ms. Moore also has extensive experience in employment law with particular emphasis in non-competition and trade secret litigation. She has played a pivotal role in the successful defense and prosecution of serveral temporary restraining orders and temporary and preliminary injunctions in both state and federal court. Her experience includes the successful representation of clients in employment discrimination cases under Title VII and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act, as well as in wage and hour litigation, including FLSA collective actions.

Ms. Moore�s practice also includes general advice and counsel on a variety of employment law issues. She has drafted non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, as well as employee handbooks and other written policies. Ms.Moore has also served as an attorney ad litem and guardian ad litem in several federal court cases.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Moore practiced at a litigation boutique in Houston, Texas. Prior to that, Ms. Moore served as a law clerk to the Honorable Melinda Harmon, United States District Judge in the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division.
