Mr. Roper has also represented clients in substantial computer-related litigation such as in the field of word processing software used by Microsoft Word and other leading manufacturers. Mr. Roper has also been lead trial counsel in a wide variety of cases involving biotechnology, medical devices, intraocular lenses and pharmaceuticals.
