In addition, Mr. Wright’s practice has included representation of private equity funds in connection with investments in syndicated term loans, issuers and underwriters in public and private equity offerings, and public authorities and issuers in connection with tax exempt bond financings. Mr. Wright is a member of the Idaho Bar Association’s Corporate and Business Law Section, the American Inns of Court and the Idaho Fifth District Bar Association. Mr. Wright has taught courses on both Real Estate Investment and Corporate Organizations at the College of Southern Idaho, and is listed in “Who’s Who in American Law.” Prior to founding Wright Brothers Law Office, PLLC, Mr. Wright was an attorney with Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.
