9 Brawson Bret W. Rawson is a seasoned litigator with graduate-level training and experience in crisis communications, with a decade of applied experience working for VIPs within the private sector, Federal government (US Senate and an FCC contractor) as well as legal experience primarily in the Federal and administrative systems. His objective with his education was to combine the highest quality legal training (William & Mary Law graduate) with graduate training in public relations (published in field of corporate apologia during graduate school at Brigham Young University) to offer clients a two-pronged solution involving both legal and communications expertise. Prior to law, his decade of experience involved public relations, sales, marketing communications and business development within the US Senate and pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and communications industries. Mr. Rawson’s legal experience has primarily been in defense of municipalities, especially law enforcement agencies, as well as on behalf of peace officers and non-sworn personnel in their individual capacities. Mr. Rawson is also a certified Peace Officer in the State of Utah, working 2-4 patrol shifts each month.
