Description: COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Rhonda Riggs, by and through her attorney of record Scott Keith, and for her Petition for Automobile Negligence alleges and states the following, to-wit:
1. That the Plaintiff and Defendant are residents of the State of Oklahoma. All acts complained of herein occurred in Tulsa County, Oklahoma
2. That the Court has jurisdiction over this matter and that on or about the 24 day of November, 2010, the plaintiff Rhonda Riggs was hit by the Defendant’s car while driving her car on Highway 51 in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
3. That the Defendant was driving his car in a negligent manner at the time of the accident.
4. As a result of the actions of the Defendant, Rhonda Riggs suffered pain, bodily expenses, expenses for medical treatment, lost wages, and other economic losses for which the Defendant is liable.
5. This matter was previously filed as Tulsa County Case No. CJ-2011-6636 on October 31, 2011. It was dismissed without prejudice on May 8, 2012.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Plaintiff prays for judgment against the Defendant, Timothy Baker, in an amount in excess of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00), interest as required by law, costs of this action, and such further relief this Court deems just and proper.

Outcome: Settled and dismissed with prejudice.
