Description: David Fernandes, age 46, sued the Attleboro Housing Authority claiming that he was retaliated against by Defendant after he filed a wage and hour complaint with the state's attorney general. He claimed that AHA Director John Zambarano failed to obey Massachusetts' prevailing wage law by wrongfully classifying he maintenance mechanic job at the authority. He claimed that Zambarano moved to lay him off just 11 days after he filed the complaint.

The defenses asserted by defendant are not available.
