Description: Possession of material with the knowledge that they would be used in methamphetamine production; and possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamines. Outcome: Windrix was found guilty on two counts. Westcott was found guilty of two counts of possession of materials with knowledge that they would be used to manufacture methamphetamines. Mook was gound guilty of possession material with the knowledge that they wouldl be used to make methampheatime and possession 17 firearms despite having a felony record. Defendant Ritz was found not guilty.
