Description:

Thirteen Mississippi children sued NL Industries, Inc. on a products liability theory claiming that lead based paint manufactured and sold by NL Industries under the Dutch Boy label caused them to developed mental disabilities. The Plaintiffs claimed that they developed behavioral problems from exposure to the lead in paint peeling from apartment walls where they lived in Greenwood Mississippi.
