Description: Medical Malpractice - Victoria Queally and her mother, Caroline Queally claimed that Victoria was deprived of oxygen for about 40 minutes while nurses at Parkview Hospital in Brunswick tried to reach Dr. J. Donald Burgess.
Victoria, now 7 years old, suffers cerebral palsy that has left her intellectually intact but unable to walk or talk. She has served as a poster child for Maine's Pine Tree Society for Handicapped Children & Adults.
