The Estate and Family of Walter Graves Jr. sued Graphic Packaging International, Inc. for the wrongful death of Mr. Graves on a products liability theory claiming that the defendant exposed Mr. Graves to asbestosis containing products without warning him of the dangers posed by the asbestosis containing products over a long period of time with the result that he developed mesothelioma (lung cancer) and died prematurely.
