Evans, age 73, for sexually abusing Jane. The sexual abuse allegedly occurred in December 2003 when the girl was 9 years old. An arrest report said that on Dec. 10, 2003, Evans put his hand down the girl's pants "and touched her private area" at a Nicholasville home. Defendant did not offer a significant defense. Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $16 million.
