Description: William "Buddy" Lynch, age 44, sued Riverside Medical Center and Debbie Sall on a medical negligence theory (medical malpractice) claiming that Sall failed to exercise due care when she told who had one hand as the result of an accidental gunshot wound he suffered as a teen, was asked to "push and pull" a 170-pound sled for about 50 feet. He further claimed that, as a direct result, he suffered a herniated disc, which put him back in the hospital and required three back surgeries to fuse discs in his back.
