Description:

Kevin Zile, age 52, sued the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Hartford for negligence alleging that the defendant negligently failed to protect him from being molested by a priest that it knew or should have known was a sexual predator. His parents tried to bring the priest's abusive behavior to the attention of the Archbishop and were threatened with legal action by the archdiocese. Zile claimed that he was driven to New York City where he was tied and abused by men that he did not know.
