Stephen Hopper and Laura Wassmer sued JPMorgan Chase & Co. on breach of fiduciary duty theories claiming that JPMorgan mismanaged the estate of Max Hopper, a former American Airlines executive.

JPMorgan denied wrongdoing.

Max Hopper was worth $19 million when he died.
