Description: Adverse Possession - Each party to this action claims to be entitled to damages from the other. The parties to this case are Orban Woodrow and Janice Courtney and David and Carol Woods, the Plaintiffs, and Satish and Gayathri Dasharathy, and Richard and Sherry Schulman, the Defendants. Plaintiffs' claim they have acquired title to the property located between their property and Defendants' property by adverse possession and/or by the acquiescence of their use of the property by the owners of the adjoining property. The Defendants deny the claims of the Plaintiffs. Defendants claim the Plaintiffs are permissive users of the property and have not done those things necessary to take title to the property by adverse possession and/or acquiescence. Dfendants furthe claim that their title to the property should be quieted as to Plaintiffs' claims. In addition, Defendants claim that Plaintiffs have trespassed on to their property and they have been damaged because of the trespass. Plaintiffs deny the claims of the Defendants.
