Description: Chrissy Melinda Bradley sued William M Valuck D.O., Michael E Hume Pa, Dorothy June Hume, Patrick Reynolds, Good To Go Llc, D/B/A VISTA MEDICAL CENTER; Advanced Care Clinic Llc, Mcloud Clinic Pharmacy, Country Boy Pharmacy, REORGANIZED AS Matt's Country Boy Pharmacy Llc, AND Allcare Pharmacy Flowers And Gifts Inc. claiming to have received substandard care while a patient of Dr. William M. Valuck, D.O. at the Vista Medical Center in Oklahoma City from November 3, 2011 through October 31, 2012 and at Advanced Care Clinic, L.L.C. from December 3, 2012 through September 23, 2013. Plaintiff claimed that she was given excessive doses of hydrocodone and acetaminophen and oxycodeone beginning with a morphine equivlent dose of 50 mg. and escalating to a morphine equivalent dose of 240 mg., benzodiazepines (xanax) beginning with a dose of 1 mg four times a day and excalating to a dose of 2 mg four times a day, and other medication including ambien and soma, such that Plaintiff was prescribed 540 pills per month of pain, scoliosis, postraumatic stress disorder, bipolar disored and anxiety, with no laboratory tests to confirm diagnoses, or radiological tests to diagnoses musculskeletal abnormalitiex that might cause the pain, or test to confirm she was not pregnant, or tests to confirm the beneficial effects of the test to confirm the beneficial effects of the medication, resulting in Plaintiff's addition to the medicatins.

Outcome: Motion to dismiss as to Allcare Pharmacy Flowers and Gifts, Inc., Matt's County Boy Pharmacy, LLC and McCloud Clinic Pharmacy sustained.
