Description: Oklahoma City, OK - Samantha Price sued Navajo Express, Inc., Navajo Shippers, Inc., Robert Keith Upton and Zurich American Insurance Company on an auto negligence theory claiming to have been injured and/or damaged in a car truck accident in Beckham County on November 16, 2014 on Interstate 40 one mile west of mile marker 13. Upton was operating a semi-tractor trailer owned by Navajo Shippers, Inc. and ran into the vehicle driven by Price.
Outcome: Settled for $5,000 for Matthew Price and Maci Price in the amount of $5,000. Settled with Samantha Price for an undisclosed sum.
