The Plaintiff is a resident of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.

Upon information and belief, the Defendant is a resident of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.

On the 12th day of August, 2013, the Plaintiff was injured by reason of a motot'jehicle :;.,:
accident, occurring in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, caused by the negligen Defendant.

IV.

That as a result of the above-mentioned automobile accident, the Plaintiff received personal injuries for which she is entitled to damages against the Defendant regarding physical injuries, medical expenses, pain and suffering (past, present and future), emotional trauma (past, present and future), loss of certain abilities, loss of wages, loss of earning capacity, loss of enjoyment of life, and any permanent disability resulting therefrom.

V.

Plaintiff is entitled to all damages compensable under Oklahoma law as a result of Defendant's negligence.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, Plaintiff prays that she have and receive judgment against the Defendant in excess of $10,000.00 and attorneys' fees as set by statute, and such other and further relief as deemed by the Court and jury to be fair, equitable, and just.

Outcome: Settled for an undisclosed sum and dismissed with prejudice.
