Description: Norman, OK - Brandon Austin and Lindsey Austin, Individually and as Parents to AA, a minor, sued Jody Nunn on an auto negligence theory claiming:
1. That on or about March 1, 2014 the Plaintiffs were traveling south on 1-35 when the vehicle they were driving was struck in the rear by a vehicle operated by the Defendant.
2. That as a result of the collision the Plaintiffs were injured, incurred expenses for medical
treatment and hospitalization, sustained loss of income and suffered great pain of body and mind.
Wherefore, premises considered, the Plaintiff requests judgment against the Defendant for a sum in excess of $75,000.00 plus punitive damages, costs, attorney's fees, interest and any other relief to which the Plaintiff may be entitled.
Outcome: Settled for $1,000.00 and dismissed with prejudice.
