Description: Norman, OK - Tina Blair sued Kari K. Young on an auto negligence theory claiming:

Defendant, Kari K. Young, negligently drove her vehicle into a bicycle in which Plaintiff riding.
2. As a result of the Defendant’s actions the Plaintiff suffered damages as follows:
A. Medical expenses incurred and expected to be incurred in the future.
B. Mental and physical pain and suffering, past and future.
C. Other damages to be set forth after discovery; all of which exceed $10,000.00.
3. Defendant recklessly and/or maliciously failed to devote full time and attention to driving in
a school zone crowded with children who bad just been released from school. Plaintiff requests
this court to make an example of Defendant and award Plaintiff punitive damages in an amount
in excess of $10,000.00 and sufficient to deter future such behavior.
