Description: Norman, OK - Hien Nguyen, individually and as parent and next of kin to Medala Nguyen, Melina Nguyen and Michelle Nguyen, Minors, sued Abigail Epperson on auto negligence theories claiming:

1. On October 16, 2012, Plaintiff Hien Nguyen was parking his car in the driveway of his children’s school Red Oaks Elementary, Moore, Oklahoma, when Defendant, Abigail Epperson, backed her car into Plaintiff’s vehicle causing injuries to Plaintiff and his three (3) daughters Mekala Nguyen, Melina Nguyen, and Michelle Nguyen, who were injured as a result of Defendant’s negligence.
2. Defendant was negligent in failing to keep a proper lookout, improper backing, and failure to devote full time and attention.
3. As a result of Defendant’s negligence, Plaintiff, Hien Nguyen incurred injuries to his neck and back and incurred medical bills of $2,884.00 His injuries are permanent and progressive and he has been damaged in excess of $10,000.00.
4. As a result of Defendant’s negligence, Plaintiff, Mekala Nguyen, incurred injuries to her back and neck and incurred medical bills in the amount of $60.00 and has been damaged in excess of $1,000.00.
5. As a result of Defendant’s negligence, Plaintiff, Melina Nguyen incurred injuries to her neck and back and incurred medical bills in the amount of 460.00 and has been damaged in excess of $2,500.00.
6. As a result of Defendant’s negligence, Plaintiff, Michelle Nguyen, incurred injuries to her neck and back and incurred medical bills of $1,159.00. Her injuries are permanent and progressive and she has been damaged in excess of $10,000.00
