Description: Tulsa, OK - Stacey Ira sued Cintas Corporation and Ryan Thompson on auto negligence and respondeat superior theories claiming:

1. On or about July 16, 2013 Piaintiff was involved in a collision with an automobile
driven by Defendant Thompson. The collision occurred near 1800 West Granger
Street in Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
2. The collision described above was a direct result of the negligence of Defendant
Brown in that he failed to exercise reasonable care in operating the vehicle he was
driving.
3. That Defendant Thompson was an employee acting in the scope of employment
or agency of Defendant Cintas Corporation at the time of the occurrence out of
which this action arises.
4. That Defendant Cintas Corporation is vicariously liable for negligent acttof-
Defendant Thompson under the Respondeat Superior theory.
5. That as a result of the Defendant Thompson’s negligence, Plaintiff Stacey Ira has incurred medical expenses, loss of earnings, physical pain and suffering, mental pain and suffering, and property damage.
6. That as a result of the above-reference acts, the Plaintiff has been damaged in an amount in excess of $75,000.00.
