As Plaintiff was slowing for traffic ahead of him, Defendant carelessly, recklessly, and negligently drove her motor vehicle in such a fashion as to strike the rear end of Plaintiffs vehicle.
5. As a result of Defendant’s negligence, Plaintiff suffered severe mental and physical pain, bodily injury, the loss of enjoyment of life, and has incurred medical expenses.
Outcome: Settled for an undisclosed sum and dismissed with prejudice.
