Description: Oklahoma City, OK - Shawn David Watkins sued Brett Charles Gray, Billy James Blackwell, William Riley Cole Henry, Sara Moore and theresa Danette Smith on an auto negligence theoies claiming:

1. On or about January 23, 2012, Defendant, Brett Charles Gray, Del endant, William Riley Cole Henry and Defendant, Billy James Blackwell, negligently operated their motor vehicles at or near the intersection of 1-40 Westbound and Scott Street, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, causing said vehicles to collide with the vehicle PLaintiff, Shawn David Watkins, was driving.
2. Defendant, Sara Moore, is also liable in that she negligently entrusted the vehicle to Defendant, William Riley Cole Henry
3. On or about September 27, 2012, Defendant, Theresa Danette Smth, negligently operated a motor vehicle at or near the intersection of 1-40 and Hudiberg, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, causing said vehicle to collide with the vehicle Plaintiff, Shawn David Watkins, was driving.
4. As a result of the negligence of Defendant, Brett Charles Gray, Defendant, William Riley Cole Henry, Defendant, Sara Moore and Defendant, Billy James Blackwell, the Plaintiff suffered injures and damages. The negligence of Theresa Danette Smith farther complicated and exacerbated the injuries caused by Defendant, Brett Charles Gm y, Defendant, William Riley Cole Henry, Defendant, Billy James Blackwell and Defendant, Sara Moore, as well as caused further injuries to the Plaintiff
5. As a result of the negligence of the above named Defendants, Plaintiff has the right to compensation from each of the responsible tortfeasors for the respective damages caused by said Defendants.
6. As a result of Defendants’ negligence described in paragraphs “1 through 5” above, Plaintiff, has sustained serious personal injuries; lost wages; past, present md future pain and suffering and has incurred medical expenses.

Outcome: Settled and dismissed with prejudice.
