2. The Defendant, PETER ALFRED LEVINSON, is a resident of Edmond, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
3. On or about March 14, 2013, on a public roadway known as Porter Avenue at the intersection with Robinson Street in Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, the Defendant, PETER ALFRED LEVINSON, negligently drove his motor vehicle while making an illegal left turn, and caused his vehicle to collide with the vehicle of the Plaintiff.
4. As a result of the aforesaid impacts, the Plaintiff sustained property damage and personal injuries; incurred expenses for hospitalization and medical treatment; suffered great pain of body and mind and will suffer such pain of body and mind in the future; and, was prevented from transacting her business.
Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $3,417.85.
