That the Plaintiff, VIRGINIA M. SMITH, is a citizen and resident of Okfuskee County, State of Oklahoma. That the Defendant, BRADY PRODUCTIONS, LLC, is a domestic for-profit business corporation doing business in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. That the Defendant, GT SECURITY, LLC, is a domestic for-profit limited liability company doing business in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. That the transaction complained of herein occurred in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Thus, this Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and parties hereto.

That on or about the 8th day of March, 2014, the Plaintiff, VIRGINIA M. SMITH, was injured as a result of unreasonably dangerous conditions at an event organized by Defendant, BRADY PRODUCTIONS, LLC, resulting in bodily injury, pain and suffering, and medical bills.
Defendant, GT SECURITY, LLC, had been retained to provide security at the event, but failed to
prevent or cure unreasonably unsafe conditions, resulting in bodily injury, pain and suffering, and medical bills.

That the Plaintiff has been damaged by the negligence of the Defendants, in an amount in excess of $10,000.00.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays this Court for judgment against the Defendants in an amount in excess of $10,000.00, and/or all other further relief this Court deems just and proper.
Outcome: Settled for an undisclosed sum and dismissed with prejudice.
