Description: Tulsa, OK - Bryan E. Lanear sued Laura A. English on an auto negligence theory claiming:

1. That the Plaintiff is a resident of Tulsa, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. That Defendant is a resident of Evansville, State of Indiana. That the automobile accident giving rise to this action occurred in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, thus making jurisdiction of this Court just and proper.
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
2. That on November 29, 2012, the Plaintiff was the driver in a vehicle that was
traveling in a southerly direction on Albany Street off the Highway 51 Eastbound exit ramp Th
Defendant was aempting to make left hand turn from Albany Street to West Concord Circle in s westerly direction and did fail to yield to Plaintiff and did carelessly, recklessly and negligently collide with the left front driver’s side of the vehicle.
3. That by failing to yield Defendant did commit negligence per se.
4. That as a direct and proximate result of Defendant’s negligence and negligence per se, the Plaintiff suffered serious bodily injuries, has endured and continues to endure both physical and mental pain and suffering, has incurred lost wages in the past and will incur loss of earning capacity in the future, has incurred and continues to incur medical expenses, has lost the enjoyment of life, and has suffered further damages all of which will be more particularly proven at trial and which entitle the Plaintiff to collect a sum in the excess amount of $75,000.00 from the Defendant.

Outcome: Settled for an undisclosed sum and dismissed with prejudice.
