Description: Tulsa, OK - Sharon Reed sued Jana Dawn Vorheis on an auto negligence theory claiming:

1. That on April 3, 2012 the Plaintiff was stopped in her automobile on the exit ramp of the Creek Turnpike at South Memorial Drive in the County of Tulsa, Oklahoma waiting for her opportunity to merge with the northbound traffic when the Defendant negligently rammed into the rear end of Plaintiffs car.
2. As a result Plaintiff suffered bodily injury to her neck including a subluxation at the 04-5 level and a herniation at the 05-6 level requiring post anterior cervical diskectomy and fusion at Oklahoma Surgical Hospital and was caused to suffered pain of body and mind and incurred expenses for medical attention and hospitalization.

Outcome: Settled and dismissed with prejudice.
