Description: Norman, OK - Brad Bozarth, as parent and next friend of H.N.B., a minor, sued Barbara Bozarth on an auto negligence theory claiming:

1. On or about October 18, 2012, in Norman, Oklahoma, Cleveland County, the Defendant Barbara Bozarth negligently drove her vehicle, in which minor Plaintiff was a passenger, in such a manner as to cause Plaintiff’s injuries.
2. As a result of the Defendant’s actions, the minor Plaintiff suffered damages as follows:
A. Medical expenses incurred and expected to be incurred in the future;
B. Pain and suffering, past and future;
C. Other damages to be set forth after discovery; all of which exceed $10,000.00.

Outcome: Settlement in the amount of $18,111.86 approved by the Court. Case dismissed with prejudice.
