4. On or about the 4th day of November, 2012, at 1339 Hill Cross Court, Oklahoma City, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, Plaintiff, Tammy Street, was injured in an accident on Defendant’s property.
5. That as a result of said accident, the Plaintiff has sustained personal injury and has suffered the following elements of damage, both past and future: pain and suffering; medical expenses; loss of earnings; permanent impairment; and any other damages to be set forth after discovery.
Outcome: Settled for an undisclosed sum and dismissed with prejudice.
