Description: Tulsa, OK - Stephen C. Bunn sued Keith G. McMillin on a premises liability theory claiming:

I) Plaintiff, Stephen C. Bunn, is a resident of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, at all times material to the events described herein.
2) Defendant, Keith G. McMillin is a resident of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and was at all times material to the events described herein.
3) That the events described herein occurred at 3122 S E. Avenue in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and for this reason and the foregoing paragraphs, this Honorable Court has jurisdiction.
4) On or about February 6, 2011, the Defendant, Keith G. McMillin, had placed a rug in the garage of the above referenced premises. He drove his motor vehicle into the garage where it dripped water from the vehicle onto the garage floor, As Plaintiff stepped onto the rug it slipped causing him fall, where he sustained injury to his body.
5) Defendant, Keith G. McMillin, failed to warn Plaintiff Stephen C. Bunn of the condition of the rug in his garage.
6) Defendant Keith G. McMillian failed to give notice to Plaintiff Stephen C. Bunn that a dangerous condition existed in his garage on February 6, 2011. H
7) Defendant, Keith 0. McMillin, failed to have the rug secured in his garage where it would not cause a hazard, danger or risk to Stephen C. Bonn.
8) Defendant, Keith G. McMillian, must keep his premises safe so he does not
needlessly endanger Stephen C. Bunn.
9) That Defendant Keith G. MeMillin failed to keep his premises safe, needlessly
endangering Stephen C. Bunn.
10) That Defendant Keith G. McMillin failed to warn that his premises were unsafe,
needlessly endangering Stephen C. Bunn.
11) That Defendant Keith G. McMillin failed to notify that his premises were unsafe,
needlessly endangering Stephen C. Bunn.
12) As a result of the events on or about February 6,2011, Plaintiff, Stephen C. Bunn
has suffered injuries that have prevented him from transacting and conducting his
business, and has suffered great pain of body and mind and incurred and continues to
incur expenses for medical attention.
